Hey, I’m Curt.  I’ve been obsessed with fitness, nutrition, and performance psychology for as long as I can remember.  It’s taken me a lot of work to get where I am today, and I hope to flatten the learning curve for everyone around me.  I am married to the love of my life, Holly, and together we are living out our dream running this gym.  We look forward to driving you down your own path of self-improvement and will do whatever it takes to ensure your success.  We look forward to working with you!

Holly Summitt

Owner, Lead Coach, Cheer Team Captain

Hi, it’s Holly. I’ve been doing functional fitness since 2013. I’m inspired by the community it creates, and strive to be an ambassador for that community. I love to teach, and I love to see people reach their goals. I wouldn’t put myself in the category of someone who fitness has come easy. I’ve worked hard for my accomplishments and I get the struggle. I hope to use my experience with myself and others to help you along your journey! We will find what works for you, maximize your strengths, and constantly improve your weaknesses.

Toni Couture

Youth Coach, Nutrition Coach, Life Coach

Toni is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with 14+ years experience. She has specialty certifications in Progressive Bodyweight, Marathon, Kettlebell, TRX, Cycling, Swim, Functional Fitness, and Olympic Weightlifting. Additionally, Toni has both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Nutrition Science, as well as the Precision Nutrition Certification. She is an Army veteran, military spouse, and mother of four. All of that is to say she has the knowledge, experience, and desire to help you meet your fitness and lifestyle goals. Looking forward to working with you!

Coach, Flippin’ Strong, Mrs. Practicality

It took a lot of convincing to get me to walk in to this gym, after one class I was hooked! It can be intimidating to try something new; however, every person in DCAC is encouraging and cheering for you to succeed. What started out as trying something new lead to my husband, my dad, and my 3 kids all joining the gym as well. I believe anyone can show up and get a good workout, no matter what their starting point is. After 4 years at DCAC I decided to become a coach so that I could be an encouragement to you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. In my spare time I cook, clean, homeschool my kids, help run a farm, and eat too much cookie dough- yes, with raw eggs because I'm wild like that.

Welcome! My name is Jessica and I found functional fitness in 2014. I fell in love with the crossfit community, so much that I wanted to teach others that any. I became a coach in 2017 and have had the pleasure of working with people of all ages and skill levels which has been so rewarding. It taught me that regardless of your setbacks, you are 100% capable of anything as long as you are willing to try. What we do is addictive…and it’s only because you are seeing yourself evolve into the best version of yourself along side people who want the best for you!

Hi, I’m Kiana! I found functional fitness back in 2016. I missed the team aspect of sports and fell in love with the community offered. Switching to functional fitness was challenging but so fun! I learned a whole new style of working out with such a supportive community. Functional fitness can be transformative! I am excited to help support you on your fitness journey! Getting through the door to your first class is the most challenging part, but everything’s easier after that!
